I am so silly for not buying this sooner. I've been struggling to get my weaker leg into bed for ages, but this helps me get it in immediately. I'll probably buy a second one soon just as a backup so there's no chance I'll have to go without it.Do I recommend it? I'd say it's probably not worth the risk of not owning one if you have severe weakness in one of your legs.

Game-changer, absolutely brilliant. I have a muscle disease causing muscle wastage and cannot lift my legs onto stool, into bed, car, etc. Up until now my wife has had to help lift my legs and put them on the stool. This leg-up product has now given me my complete independence back again. It works perfectly, is good and sturdy, very easy to use. Small quibble, I’m 6ft3 with long legs so ideally would be a bit longer, especially to help get off the foot once raised, but still 5* because can get it off and such a great product. Highly recommend.

If there is one thing to pass on to anyone who is about to have a replacement knee op, buy this before you have the op. I'm nearly 4 weeks post op TKR and a friend recommended this to me (she had undergone a hip replacement and swore this was perfect) and I stupidly waited until I needed this on returning home. I wish I'd bought it before as it was a godsend. It saved tears believe me. I didn't have long to wait for delivery but still.

Tried a different version of one in blue, not good, this came and has now assisted the user to move their leg without assistance whilst in the wheelchair, avoiding severe pain and giving more independence, this is a good product, the only downside is perhaps an improved design is possible which would allow the user to maneuver their leg at a angle that is not straight on, also the ability to secure the loop would be beneficial, using similar method as a picker up device, it would be worth paying more for that feature, this is an excellent product and good design.

I wish I had ordered this earlier so I had it in hospital immediate post op. It is so helpful for lifting the operated leg in to the bed without it hurting. I will definitely it in when I have my second knee done.

This has proved excellent at helping me lift my leg into bed following a second hip replacement. Simple to use and very strong. I'd have been pretty stuck without it.

After hip replacement, I found it extremely difficult and painful getting in bed. Could only lift my foot up a couple of inches. Tried using a long scarf, helped a bit but you need to lasso your foot! This is a godsend, does the job perfectly. Thank you.

It is helpful, but that has to be qualified. It is not very helpful to get one recalcitrant leg into bed.
