The media could not be loaded. It arrived today, and I am impressed by the quality of the audio for the cost of the item. The spoken word is very clear, and the music is nice, too. OK, you are not going to get much bass in a unit this size, but the sound is pleasant to listen to. There is plenty of volume for its size, more than I'd expected.The case is made of good-quality hard plastic, and the controls and earphone socket feel sturdy. I was able to immediately find radio stations on FM and AM exactly as I would have expected. The carry handle appears to be pretty strong, and my rather large hand fit through it perfectly.The Shortwave Band covers a very wide range - 5.6 to 22 MHZ - which is surprisingly good.It's lightweight and hand-sized so it would be ideal for travel or on days walking or cycling. There's a thin plastic cover on it when it arrives (separate from the bubblewrap) which is ideal to keep and use as a cover when you are travelling.The earphone socket worked perfectly and there is a folding stand on the back to make it easy to use when on a surface.A very good product for the money. I am very pleased by it and I'm keeping it.

I was pleasantly surprised how good this radio is. Bought for elderly mum in hospital. Very easy to use, old school tuning. Sound is pretty decent and quite load for a small speaker. Would be great for camping or in the garden/ garage. .

I listen to the radio every night when I go to bed and this one is great. It performs well it's a great size for portability and it has lots of stations. It reminded me of years ago when you picked up all the foreign stations. This radio has Short wave so you fiddle about with it at night time and see how many you can find. It's also attractive, I bought it in green. I can't fault it..well I can..one little niggle is the bright RED light beaming at you when you are just trying to relax at lights out time. I really do find this irritating. What is its purpose...to tell us the radio is on..we know...to tell us the battery is running down...we know. I have no clue what it's for? This is the second one of this make I have bought it's and it's the same bright red light. I forgot about the light when I ordered this one. They are good performers though!

Completely rubbish do not purchase stopped working after 3 weeks unable to return for replacement or refund no help whatsoever

A great little radio with surprising volume and sound quality. I bought for a holiday abroad so we can listen to some local FM stations. The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. An absolute bargain at this price.

Love that It's small and near. Fits in a pocket and you can take it anywhere.It tunes in very well and is very clear, no annoying crackling.
