Very good love it

I am a professional hairdresser who has 2 Dyson blow dryers, one for home use and one at work. The downside is I don’t have one that I can travel with because they do not produce them to be dual voltage. So I had to look at something that I could travel with as I travel often. I have not tested this in Europe yet, but will be in two weeks. I have incredibly dense, wavy hair that is to my shoulders. If I were to haphazardly dry my hair without properly “blowing it out” my hair would have dried very quick. But that’s not how I operate, I section and smooth each section.The good: very sleek, very powerful and relatively quiet. The Dyson attachments (diffuser and concentrator) fit this perfectly and I intend to bring those attachments with me. It’s lightweight as well as compact.Cons: the cord is short and I would guess about 6 feet, so this really is ideal for travel and being plugged in right by a mirror in the bathroom. The plug seems to unplug itself a bit easy, it fell out twice when I was using it the first time.Another con (to a select few), this operates at a much higher velocity than the Dyson….even on low. So the diffusing effects won’t be as good, because the speed is just too quick. But if you were looking to blow it out smooth, you’re fine!All in all seems a great value for money, it’s sleek and beautiful. I’m pleased, and I would recommend this to my clients….and I guess anyone else who reads this.3/5/2025 UPDATE:Traveled to the UK and worked great. If you are smoothing and wearing your hair straight it’s a great one to have in your suitcase.

I do not recommend this hairdryer. It was a bit pricey and so I expected better. I’ve only had it for a few months, and the nozzle attachment has broken apart multiple times and has begun to melt around the edges. The nozzle is supposed to stay attached by a very specific size and shaped magnet, but there is barely enough magnetic grab to hold it on. It has repeatedly fallen off and broken into pieces since the very start of using it. After repeatedly trying to glue it together (which I should not have to do!) the nozzle attachment no longer stays attached, therefore making the hair dryer useless to me, as I always use the nozzle to direct the air. I have reached out three times over the past two month to their customer service via email with absolutely no response.
