Book is wonderful, condition on arrival was horrible.
As a resource, this book is terrific. My only complaint is the condition in which it arrived, and it was dog-eared and battered.

A book to cherish
Only wish I had the hardcopy which is significantly costly, however, the contents within are worth every penny. We have even had a recipe which is top draw.

I like to research and recreate medieval recipes from many cultures. This is a great addition to research collection.
