I have been trying for two weeks to contact the manufacturer on a missing bolt and a headlight that does not work. Also, the battery does not charge correctly. It only charges to 50%. I cannot get the after sales email given in the manual to respond to any of my emails. I have sent three emails.The bike seems to be very good quality other than my two issues although I have not been able to use it very much because the battery does not charge correctly.

I like the bike and overall its great . The shamono shifter is not great and the front shocks are not great . Other then that it has great power and long lasting battery . The battery mount sucks so i used a strap to reinforce it . Still im a 6ft 3 tall guy 225 lbs and this is a great bike . It plows up hills and goes about 28mph on flat or downhill . It has great torque and that's what i like . Great for trails to .I like this bike . Also its basic so its easy to use .

It's very nice style and powerful e-bike.I bought it for my 12 y/o son, 5'3". It's big enough for him, not too small for adult. I think it should be good for up to 6'.I had two issues when I received it.1. Headlamp is not working.Center bulb is ok, but round bulb was not turn on.2. The charger was not working.Customer Service responded me within 2 days and shipped the parts very soon.I am very satisfied with this e-bike and Customer Service.

Front wheel came off. No customer support.

Purchase this bike back in December... It arrived with some bent and broken parts. said they would replace one of the broken items and give me a partial refund for the others.. they never did. Do not recommend

definitely worth the money im 280lbs and this bike still goes 30 mph. and battery life is decent.

This bike is great.I have fun with it. But, it does not get 75 miles. The battery is pretty decent. You cannot access settings to change anything. When you turn the bike on, you see the icon for bluetooth, but you cannot get into it. Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining. I'm simply stating some facts. I will be upgrading this bike as time goes on, considering the motor it's so strong. The frame is sturdy.That is a very big plus. One last thing, but it's not good. You cannot get in touch with customer service At all.
