Works for 2 pens, needle tops and alcohol pads. I don't think we'll ever use the ice packs it comes with because my husband prefers room temp insulin but it's nice as an option for travel if we need to pack extra pens.

I am a diabetic and I have to carry my insulin everywhere. This is perfect to stick in your purse. And also has little splits that you could put in the freezer to keep the insulin cold. It keeps everything together so you don’t lose it. I absolutely love this.
