To big for me
I did like the durability of the backpack.Unfortunately, I needed to return it.Due that, it was a bit big

Disappointed workmanship
Have been a loyal Tumi user, but am really disappointed with my new purchase which was shipped directly from the manufacturer. I like the backpack's slim and non-bulky design, along with the many compartments and zipped pockets. Also love the materials and the color. However, the workmanship has significantly deteriorated from my past Tumi purchases. As highlighted in the attached photo, the upper curved edge is not symmetric and not leveled on the two-side. Additionally, the front leather and zipper trim is not horizontally leveled with the bag (i.e. slightly tilted). Same with the Tumi metal badge. Overall the construction is shockingly subpar. This will be my last Tumi.
