This is a solid bench. It wasn't too hard to put together, though I had to enlarge the tiny directions and pictures as well as use a magnifying glass. I missed a couple of steps had had to back track, but finally got it together. I recommend not tightening all the bolts fully until the end.The seller responded quickly and was helpful when I reached out about a part I couldn't remove the screw from to install it. It arrives with the screws in place, so be careful not to remove them before putting the roller in place. It's that silver roller bar that inserts in the leg bar to move the leg bar. Pliers and my bare hand didn't do the trick. What finally worked was a nitrile garden glove to get a good grip on it to remove the screw. One of those gripper pads for opening jars would probably work too.I chose this bench over another cheaper one I saw that looked less sturdy and more awkward to use with the roller pads hitting mid-calf. These are adjustable and land just where they should. I purchased it to replace my regular weight bench so that I had the leg attachments to do curls and extensions. The curl pad is a plus. Being sturdy it is big, but well worth the space.A plus is you can use both 1" and 2" plates by adding a sleeve to the 1" bar to make it 2". And, it comes with weight clamps for both 1" and 2" plates.If you want a good solid adjustable bench, this is it! I am very happy with my purchase.

I have a very nice and huge adjustable bench, but it's just too big and bulky for my tiny home gym (10x10 room). This bench had all the features I wanted: an adjustable backrest and seat, and the adjustments are a slide type with a pop pin so they're fast. I don't want to be messing with trying to get a pin through a hole when I'm trying to change bench positions. my one complaint is that the bench is so light that you will sometimes lift the entire bench off the ground when trying to slide the back rest adjustment. Now i can fold this thing up fast and move it out of the way rather than wheeling my old giant bench out of the room. it seems very sturdy and I really like the width in the shoulder area, much easier to pin your shoulders back on a heavy dumbbell bench when they're not hanging off the sides of the bench. the decline setting is also more gradual than most other benches which is nice. it comes completely disassembled which was a bit disappointing, but it only took 30 mins or so to put together. all in all this is a much better fit for my home gym.

This was a gift for my husband. He loves it and is so pleased with the quality and features.

Great bench, but based on pic thought it came with weights, it doesn't!

Todo se ve muy bien, pero llegó una pieza rota. Ya envié reporte y fotos a la marca como indica la ayuda pero estoy esperando respuesta, no me gustaría devolverlo si se puede solo conseguir la pieza nueva.

Pretty easy to assemble. Very durable material. Very satisfied.
