I don’t normally write many reviews but I do feel compelled to do so when I am exceedingly happy with an Amazon purchase. I believed I had a candida issue a few years back and like most people these days, I Googled for solutions and came across Undecylenic Acid and some other supplements. A visit to my wellness doctor confirmed my gut issues. After a few weeks of the recommended doses and slight diet changes, my gut bloat was gone and I ended up loosing a bunch of weight as an added bonus. Not sure about brain fog, which some folks claim this product helps improve, but my work peers mentioned I was much clearer than usual explaining complex technical processes at work (less “um…”, “you know…”, and “right..?”). I can tell you I felt better and looked better. Supplements have become more expensive over the years and I am glad I have come across this one. This one is the right price compared to others of the same specifications and I’m pleased I can continue to use this for maintenance and the occasional gut “cleanse”. For what you need it has the same potency as the Thorne SF722, but shell quality is not as good. Seems like some of them come apart as soon as you put it in your mouth. Would avoid having them out in temps over 80. Price difference makes it worthwhile though.

This product is great. I have been using this for years for cleanses that I do. I bought this about a month ago and already feel lighter and can see a difference in my weight as well. Follow a clean diet and you will see results.
