Pathetic product, Cycle paddle has been broken thrice within 1 month. You need to send this to mechanic almost every week.

Best product for my child, he is enjoying daily cycle rides. You must include mudguard and bottle Holder in product price. Now are rainy days and my child had complained about mudguards

Best value for money cycle with shimano gears for beginners. I would like to rate this as follows; 1- Product Quality : 9/10 (Paint quality to be improved as paint fades with very minor scratches and aluminum frame gets exposed) 2- Post Delivery experience : 2/10 (Box found unsealed after removing the upper packing. Installation tool, air pump found missing. Brand sent the missing it items dispatched from R.K FITNESS GROUP, but the received toolkit found cheap quality, made up of MS instead of CI ) [Surprised to know, this model don't contain Bottle Holder, Bell and Mud guard in the box] 3- Installation : 5/10 ( Easy to install. But technician arrived after 9 days of delivery as it rescheduled without my consent , technician was unskilled, the sent toolkit found cheaper quality of MS instead of CI, deformed during installation, even one Allen key not having proper fitting to the bolt,I had to install 95% of myself by purchasing toolkit of myself) 4-Brand Follow Up : 10/10 (I'm glad to say the Cult Sports associates were continuously in contact with me with great patience to solve all my problems) 5-Riding Experience : 9/10 (Smooth riding experience, little braking delay experienced in front brake) 6- Fitness Consultation : 10/10 (Dietician Pooja is assigned and had only one on call conversation and regular in touch with text due to my busy schedule, but found she understood my diet patterns, daily habits and had a great discussion to figure out the scopes of improvements. I really appreciate her patience to deal an inorganized person like me. Hope to have a regular follow up and make the efforts fruitful.) One shocking experience I had when the installation delayed by unavailability of technician, one Amazon executive want me to assemble and use the cycle and replace if any mfg. defects, where another executive denied taking replacement if I install/use it of myself before arrival of technician. Question is, without assembling and using how I can fully evaluate all defects. Literally, lost patience dealing with these guys for installation.
