This is an excellent new tool for cutting fabrics. So much more easier and less stress/strain on the wrist and hand compared to the older “straight-handled” cutters.

As a quilter of many years, I have sooo many rotary cutters. I certainly didn't need this one, but I bought it to use with the Grace Truce Cut ruler. The ruler has a ridge down the cutting side and the cutter is designed to sit on that ridge, keeping it lined up with the ruler (the ruler is also available on Amazon; check to out to more clearly understand how this system works). Using the two together makes for a smoother, safer cut with far less chance of your cutter wandering off on it's own. In addition, the cutter can be converted for use with traditional quilting rulers without guiding ridges. The ergonomic design of the cutter makes cutting much easier as you don't need to push down as hard as you do with straight cutters, leaving your arm and hand much less tired after doing a lot of cutting. I highly recommend this product and the True Cut rulers.

I took advantage of the 45 mm giveaway and liked it so much I ordered the 60 mm. It is so comfortable to use, and it has increased my cutting accuracy greatly. The 60 mm blade I received seems not to be as sharp but is easily fixed by switching it out. Other than that, I find this to be the best rotary cutter on the market!

Blade was dull and had a nick right out of the packages. Had to push down really hard to cut through just 2 layers.

The ergonomics of this cutter is the best I’ve tried for my arthritic hands. 5 stars for that. I am famous for cutting myself accidentally and I nicked myself twice myself twice when first using this rotary cutter. Once I realized how I doing that, I was fine. So on safety I give them three stars.

Love this rotary cutter. Really helps in cutting material.

I love the angle of this rotary cutter. It feels more natural to me while I'm cutting through multiple layers of fabric.

This gadget is one of the best sewing aids I've ever come across. I've never been able to cut fabric straight with scissors no matter what I tried but this little gadget give me a razor sharp straight edge every time. I can cut through 4 thicknesses of fabric (even curtaining cotton/linen) with ease because of (a) the sharpness of the blade and (b) the extra pressure that I can exert with real ease because of the shape of the handle. Superb. Highly recommended (you do need a cutting mat to put underneath though!).

Love love love this cutter, this is the best cutter I have ever used, . It is comfortable and light in your hand due to ergonomic shape. You don't need to apply too much pressure to cut the fabric, as the blade stays sharp for longer especially if you use an Olfa mat. It clips onto the ruler beautifully and stays there to give accurate cuts. (Although the Grace Company Ruler can be difficult to see the lines, do take care!)

The whole gadget fell apart after cutting 3 fabrics for cotton masks ! I cannot get it to work after re assembling . Too bad as i love the ANGLE for the wrist is perfect .
