It was a gift and she loves it. It's really turned her into a pro tea maker

Bought this for my dad for Father's day, because he's and avid tea drinker and likes to create his own morning blends with mixed success. I was really excited for it to arrive and wrapped it up, but when it was opened, the glass cup was in pieces! Amazon didn't add any extra padding to the packaging so I guess there was a risk, I was pretty disappointed but I was OK with returning it and giving it a second try. New package arrived - it wasn't the black tea! It was the herbal "stress relief" version of the product. It's fine and my dad's happy with it, quality is fine, but I'd give caution to others hoping to buy it.Tl;dr ordered it once and it was broken, replacement ended up sending me the wrong tea

Buyer beware! The infuser didn't make it in one piece. The saucer was shattered and the cup chipped. I missed the declaration that this is not returnable. That's on me. But I am now left without a Christmas gift. Considering the there is glass in the box, more care should have been taken to protect it. There was no bubble wrap or air pillows to cushion the box.
