Requires three 1/4 inch diameter bolt/washers/locknut combos to mount the bracket to the stock bumper with stock holes, then two #12 self tapping screws with washers to mount the plate to the bracket (the top of the plate slips into the bracket's lip, with the two screws at the bottom). Perfect fit in my stock 1997 F-250 HD front bumper as pictured.
