Well is a great product and extremely effective for Shoulder girdle stability which in terms allows for increased UB strength. Problem is the heavy band literally only lasted a week and it snapped. I will order extras however I feel bands should be better quality. Overall GREAT PRODUCT 👍🏽

I’ve been using the RipRight RipStick resistance bands for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how versatile and effective they are. Right away, the build quality stood out. The bands feel tough and well-made, with no flimsy rubber that stretches out or feels like it’s going to snap. I’ve used them for warm-ups, strength work, and mobility routines, and they’ve handled all of it without complaining. The different resistance levels give me options too — whether I’m doing gentle banded stretches or pushing into deeper strength work, there’s a level that feels just right.

So the Ripstick is pretty dope! It’s convenient to throw in your bag or just do at home if you can’t really get out somewhere. Want to get a few reps in, easy to just get a mini workout that’ll still have you sweat some. I want to bring it to the park to add to calisthenics. You could even pull it out in the gym to actually warm up. It’s dope, simple learning curve. It comes with multiple bands but you don’t have to always use 2, you can change how you use it and get creative. It’ll strengthen fingers, grip, back, traps, and core some. I’m definitely going to make my mom and some clients get some use out of it! 💪🏾💪🏾

Considered the cheaper alternative but purchased to support who I got the idea from good idea does work but the quality could be better for the price band broke after about a month of use

This has transformed my overall strength in my body and has started me in a health journey. The amount of time per session is on point and you see results and feel them fast. I bought 2 sets of the rip sticks to have a back up set. 100 you will be happy with these.

Good for warming up the muscles if you are tight on space. But definitely use as directed or you could pop the band

Great product but only one set of bands …. Got ripped off the extra set of bands that were described … plus one snapped .. disappointed
