These tweezers simply rock. They work, are sharp points, and are extremely portable. 3 for $20 is a steal. I'm someone who always seems to get metal splinters in my hands and feet. While not a life threatening issue, they are annoying. I used these tweezers today to take out a tiny sliver of metal right on the bottom of my foot. You can barely see it in the picture, but it's on the very edge of the point. I think this highlights the precision and functionality of these tweezers perfectly. Very impressed.

Easy to throw in kit, put on key ring, or toss in glove or tool box for when you need to get a splinter out. Works well on splinters if not too deep. Just keep an eye on it periodically if you carry it on keychain/fob as it can pop loose leaving you with the non-tweezer part. Only happened to me once over many years of use. Solid little tool.

One of the best tweezers I own. I've had one for 15 years and it always works great for removing slivers. I just bought nine more of them for Christmas gifts for all of my kids and spouses. They are small and last forever.

I just had to leave a review on these because they're freaking awesome. I have them in every one of my vehicles. I have them in backpacks and on keychains. If you have kids you need these because with splinters, hang nails and whatever else your set. This is a great product it seems crazy expensive for what it is, but they really do have the best precision, even my wife who thinks I buy a bunch of random stuff approves and says that these are great to have so I have them in the the black and the silver and just overall wonderful product and I even give them his gifts now because they're just so fantastic.

Wanted to have a small pair of easy to carry tweezers as the kids always seem to get splinters after playing at the park playground. SAK tweezers are doable but are just too small to handle. These fit the bill perfectly in terms of size, weight, carrying ability, and have an added bonus of a sharp tip. Simply clip them on your keychain and the retaining clip hold them in place well, as well as protecting the important sharp tip. Now some reviews stated these don’t work well. I can understand their review. Upon getting mine they too had difficulty grabbing my finger hairs when i was testing them out. From inspection the edges are slightly rolled therefore not allowing perfect contact at the tweezer tip. An easy fix is taking a file and flattening the top and bottom of the inside portion of the tweezer. For added precision also file the sides of where the tweezer meets. After filing, the tweezers work perfectly as well as adding a sharer tip for digging out splinters. Would have been five stars, but having to do a little work to get them just right drops it to four.

Best for sliver removal. They work extremely easily and have a nice fine point to grab. I still have to do SOME digging but it's by far the least of other traditional tweezers. It's confident and small and the guard means I can toss them in a bag and have them when I need them. They seem like a good value for a 3 pack and like they would last a long time.

These small dedicated tweezers are incredibly sturdy and precise. The icing on the cake is the mechanism with which they lock in the provided holder and become truly portable. I had been using small tweezers by Gubb but they fall short in terms of portability and ingenious design of the Sliver Grippers. Strongly recommended for what it is made for -sliver/splinter-; does the job perfectly.
