They were stolen unfortunately so instead of shelling out Β£200-300 for another expensive Cardio model etc I opted for the Classic III. Honestly it has exceeded my expectations sounds are clear and pediatric examinations are a lot better due to the turn able diaphragm. Highly recommended for hospitals and GP practice. I have found no cons while using it. Its comfortable and rugged.
