Prior to buying this playmat, we had a different brand. It was cute and worked fine, but baby quickly got bored. On a spur of the moment buy, I added this one to the cart and I’m SO happy I did.This may provides a safe, entertaining place to set down my baby and she loves it! She is happy laying on her back because she can kick the keys and reach for the toys dangling above her. When we want to do tummy time, we face her towards the keyboard and move the attachment with the dangling toys to above the piano, which makes her lift her head up more. She smiles and coos and the light up keyboard and don’t get bored quickly. My FAVORITE part of the mat is the mirror! My baby has torticollis so we are trying to encourage her to turn her head specific ways. The way the mirror is designed, it can be moved into various positions and angles, which has helped her range of motion!Last, but definitely not least, the music is SO catchy. My husband and I walk around the house singing the songs (Purple Monkey & Elephant Song are the best). This sounds unimportant but when you have to hear songs over and over and over again, you want to make sure they won’t drive you crazy. We’ve had this for a month or so and I’m still not tired of it!If you’re not sure if you should buy this, stop questioning yourself and just do it! I love this mat because it is versatile in that it grows with baby and it won’t get tossed aside in a couple of months.

This was a gift for a baby shower. It was definitely a good buy, it was easy to use and also it kept the baby occupied and definitely good value for money.

Purchased this item in 2023 for my baby and 2 years later he still has the piano/keyboard to play with. It was easy to set up and my baby loved it. I also repurchased for a baby shower gift for my friend.

If you’re looking for a play-mat that will entertain your little one, then look no further! This play mat has so many fun songs and lights, even my toddler loves the mat because he can take the piano part off of the mat and plays with it while his baby sister is sleeping! The piano portion of the mat comes off easily, and it is fun for all young kids! This toy is so great for tummy time but also when they get a little older and still want a fun toy to play with! It’s super easy to clean. It comes apart really easy, and it’s easy to store! Just beware that you will have a purple monkey swinging in a bubble gum tree going through your head 900 times a day, and it will forever live there Rent free!

Be prepared to have this song stuck in your head forever. Play mat is a staple for little ones.

This is my 4 month olds 2nd activity mat & he loves it. He get’s so excited to stomp the keyboard & kicks for ages. It keeps him entertained longer than our other one that only has overhanging toys for interaction (lights and plays music at our control). I gave this 4 stars because I do wish the overhead toys were a bit nicer. Their overall quality didn’t seem as nice as the mat/keyboard. In comparison to the other brand mat we have as well as a fisher price on the go dome he has with toys these feel a bit cheap. He’ll play with the hanging toys a bit, but he does seem to prefer the toys on his other mat and dome more (plus side they all attach the same way & I am considering swapping them out).This mat was easy for us to assemble, it was overall quicker than the other activity mat we have.

This has to be one on the best purchases I’ve made for my little one. The songs will entertain all ages and doesn’t come annoying to parents. My little one loves the bright colors and playing the piano. Worth the price and super durable.

I absolutely love this play gym! I have a fussy 2 1/2 month old that wants to be held all the time. Since I came home from the hospital I have not been able to get anything done unless I put him down to sleep which should be time when I’m sleeping. However this play gym keeps him occupied for a bit that I can get some things done where I can keep an eye on him and he is learning, getting stimulation and practicing his motor functions. He loves kicking the piano keys and batting at the hanging mobiles. He may not appreciate it as much as he will later on but at least I can put him down for a good 15-20 minutes before he starts fussing again. I love the songs and I catch myself singing to them too. The mat itself is soft and easy to clean. The play gym has vibrant bright colors to attract baby’s eyes. Only complaint that I agree with other reviews is that it’s not wide enough for him to roll over when on tummy time but considering if it was, the play gym would have to be larger and I like the size it is now for my small apartment. Would definitely recommend! Buy it you won’t regret it.
