I’m impressed with how this repair kit works. You get everything to do minor repairs to countertops, porcelain sinks, tile etc. Simple but really effective. I haven’t actually used it to fix the chip in our bathroom sink, nor the two chips in our kitchen porcelain floor tiles (where a heavy pan was dropped in them). But before I set about these things in earnest, I wanted to try it out so applied it to a spare tile I had in the shed and it was really simple to use and worked well.In the box you get three smallish tubes of resin, plus one of polishing compound plus some nozzles with very small metal tube tips for accurate application in small repairs. Plus you get the rechargeable UV light pen and its USB cable. There’s also a range of accessories - a lolly stick for some application and mixing the different colours of the resin, some plastic strips that you have to place over the top of the resin when you’re curing it with the UV, otherwise the to later doesn’t set fully. And there’s some small sheets of very fine graded wet-and-dry paper for sanding.The UV curing process is so simple - apply the resin (a viscous liquid), place the plastic curing strip on top and then hold the UV pen very closely over it. Shine the UV for 60 seconds and the stuff is set solid and you can peel off the curing strip and, if you need to, the resin is ready to sand down straight away. Brilliant!

The instructions are clear and easy to follow.Be very careful when squeezing the various compounds from the syringes, as you only get a very small amount of in each. 2g per syringe does seem a bit on the stingy side in my opinion. I squeezed a small amount of polishing compound out to finish off the repair and the syringe was already halfway down the tube!The finished repair was very good, the only difference I could see was that the repair had a matt finish to it, but that would be only noticeable in certain light conditions, and you probably wouldn't see it if you did not know to look for it.Overall a very good product, just try not waste any!I do not know if you can purchase any of the compounds separately should you need a bit more, rather than having to purchase another kit including the light unit.This is a 5 star product, but I deducted a star purely due to the tiny quantities of each item supplied.

I was fitting a shelf above our downstairs toilet sink and dropped it and took a chip out of the edge of the basin. It looked horrible so thought I’d give this a try. The instructions were easy enough to follow and while it does take a bit of patience and precision I’m happy with the end result. It’s not perfect but it looks much better than it did which is all I can ask. There is plenty product here to fix many similar cracks and chips so it’s a good value for money kit.

I found it is helpful to start with a small chip first. Once you are happy with the smaller repair, you can tackle the larger ones. I got this to patch a spot on my countertop where the finish had worn off from a soap bottle. It did help fix the discoloration but it does take quite a bit of elbow grease in the application.It comes with two different shades of white which is very helpful. Since white has such a variance in undertones. We tried multiple different applications of each color including blending them. It takes some finesse to make it look right and at the end of the day it still is not perfect. You have to put two different products on and then sand at the end. All of this is provided in the box.However, for the cost this is a good value. It does cover stuff up so the counter looks better for a reasonable investment.The application is straightforward in what you need to do, but it's going to take you a little time to apply it.

This kit is a lifesaver for that! Good that my countertop is most white so it is relatively easy to get the fix to look right. As most of my chips are at the edge, I put the solution in the fridge to make sure it is not too watery during application. I had to create a boundary and split the application. I think the end result is not bad, and can be hardly notice. This is great and achieves my original intent, to make sure the chip will not get bigger! I am very happy with the results!

Von Vorteil sind vorherige Informationseinholungen mittels PC. Nachdem alle Arbeiten fertig sind, erkennt man, dass es eigentlich ganz easy war. Und noch schöner ist der behobene Schaden.Ich kann nur jedem gut zureden sich selbständig an eine Emaillereparatur zu machen.

This comes with a white white, and a dark white. In order to mix and create a grayish color as needed to match the variations you may have in your white countertop. The problem is the "dark" white is only VERY subtlety different than the white white. I used ONLY "dark" white, and it is much brighter than the white quartz. Disappointed from that perspective. It does work well to patch. Wish they had a true gray/dark white to mix with the white to really be able to match.Updated from 3-4 stars because the seller seems to care. They reached out to me (Without a request to alter my review) and offered a refund and suggestions on how to get a satisfactory result. The solution was to mix the clear with dark white, presumably to allow the actual color of the quartz to come through. While I see how that can work to "fool" the eye. I'd much rather have the ability to match the filler color to the stone
