I have had these mugs for nearly a year. I love double walled mugs but they are delicate. I expect them to break over time. I believe the problem is that when you clink the mug down on a stone surface, it can establish a micro-crack that will set the mug up for breaking later. So I try to set the mug down on something soft like a paper towel. Don't just toss a spoon into the mug. Or I set it down very carefully. This mug has proven durable. It's quite good looking too and keeps the coffee warm for a long time.

I purchased these glasses to go with a L’or espresso machine that I had purchased. The glasses came and were expertly packaged in a box with foam encompassing every inch of negative space that didn’t include the glasses or spoons. Each glass had its own slot covered fully in foam with a foam top. The spoons were rubber banded together and in plastic in their own slot so there was absolutely no risk of interaction between the glass or spoons. The quality of the glass seems very solid but the handle of the glass seems like it may be a little more thin than I’d like but there is no indication of the quality to fail under normal usage. The condition of the packaging makes me have all the faith there is that none will ever break in shipment, even with mistreatment. I do not fret over this quality. The vacuum insulation works perfectly well and there is no heat eminating to the outer walls of the glasses. Heat will never be an issue whether holding by the handles or by the out shell of the glasses. The spoons are also of great quality. I test silverware by trying and bending the stem of each piece. Giving these a hefty tug but not fully aiming to bend these, none of the spoons even budged and I am fully confident in these spoons holding up to time.

Love these mugs! But don’t drop, they shatter!

Was looking to replace my great but plastic and too-easily-scratched Tervis mug, and finally found this glass mug. Unllike others in the same category, it's nice and big, the same size as my plastic mug, as I like a large cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The hangle is nice and wide for a good grip, and it looks perfect after washing every time. The double-walled insulating design keeps my drinks nice and hot for a long time, but you can pop it in the microwave if needed, where the beverage heats but the mug stays cool. I saw people complaining about chips or breakage, but it has been fine for about three months and I'm not treating it gingerly or anything. However, it is understandably made of a lightweight double-walled glass, so if you drop it on a hard surface or hit it hard on a pointed or stone surface, it will probably chip or break, but...it's glass so that has to be expected. It you treat these mugs right, they will serve you well for a long time.

These mugs are awesome! They’re aesthetic and just plain cool as it looks like your coffee is floating! I got the larger size to accommodate the 12oz size on the keurig and it fits perfectly with cream and still has a little room to spare. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. Only complaint is that if my husband and I use them at the same time, we can’t tell them apart, lol. They are way lighter than I expected as compared to other mugs, and I do feel like I could break it when setting it down. However, they were packaged very well and have been durable so far after regular use with no cracks or concerns. I’ve mostly used just with the keurig but have also poured boiling water directly in to make tea with no issue. Functional and worth the money.

These glasses work as described by the seller keeping beverages hot or cold for a good amount of time. However, the design is such that the bottom that contacts the surface is too rounded and tends to make the glass roll over. As you can imagine this is problematic. I purchased without reading any reviews as I needed to replace a similar style glasses in a hurry. So long as I don’t bump or move them (on a tray) and am careful to set them down squarely, they’re fine. Other than that, the build is durable, the handle very smooth but is so large that I need to use my pinky to stabilize my grip (but I have very small hands). I have not yet used the dishwasher because I don’t want it to get dinged up like my last ones did although I have no doubts that they would survive the heat.
