But they grow fast when I do so I like to change them every two weeks or so. I use the thicker soak off glue in the tube so I was having to file them down and then soak them, and it was a huge mess. But with this I can get the off much easier. I do one nail at a time and put a few drops around my cuticle and under the free edge and then use the stick to lift the side and put a little more and the tip pops right off. Sometimes the nail comes off but not the glue so I just put some more of this stuff and then keep picking at it and it comes right off.
