It seems to work pretty good. I’ve taken chicken directly from the freezer and laid them on the plate; it usually takes about an hour for them to fully de-thaw. It was completely bent when I received it, but I was able to mangle it back into a semi-flat position. A little disappointed that it isn’t sturdier, but it gets the job done.

I usually forget to pull something out of the freezer and either have to put it in the microwave or in water, this works great! Didn't take very long either! I'll be buying more for gifts!

It thaws well, just thought it would thaw a little faster than normal
