Fast Resolution
Took a while for em to get this laptop. FedEX lost my parcel. But seller really stepped up and sorted it with a replacement that came so quickly.Pretty neat laptop. I'm loving it.

We have received the laptop earlier than it was told. Very happy with the fast delivery. The product is also very nice and very satisfied with the quality. Happy to order and have it.

Constant freezing requiring hard resets almost daily.
On paper this should be a good laptop for gaming. It isn't. From day one it keeps freezing up even when just just booting. Sometimes it goes hours with no issue. Sometimes it freezes in the first five minutes. I have only installed steam and a few games. No mods and nothing else.When it freezes I need to hold the power button down for a hard reset as the thing won't respond to anything else. There is no obvious reasons for the freezing and nothing in the event viewer to indicate a problem. I have tried repairing drivers and using repair tools but there according to these there is nothing to fix.For something this expensive it is ridiculous that it not work properly almost immediately.

Wrong plug
Laptopsbeen sent with a foreign cable and no adaptor and I bought this from UK Amazon. Grok says a type m to type g adaptor may work, also came with no cables which is odd. Just the strange plug. It's not even a two pronged euro shaver type thing.
