KARM Achilles Tendonitis Support - Achilles Tendon Support - Ankle Brace Sleeve for Women & Men, Ligament Damage, Plantar Fasciitis, Sprained Ankle, Running - Foot Wrap with Compression Strap

I seem to have repetitive Achilles tendonitis that has been very painful and stops me enjoying walks. I bought the KARM tendon support a few days ago and have worn it for the last two days. There is plenty of support in the primary support sock, with added support if needed from the additional compression bandage. The brace is simple to put on and adjust. However, a simple diagram instruction in the packaging for both the sock and positioning the support bandage, would have been useful.Otherwise a good value for money product. It does what it says it will do at a reasonable cost.

It gives some relief from the pain in the arch of my foit and covers the ankle. I take a size 6 uk size. Not sure if it would be good for someone with a longer foot

I have plantar fasciitis and need a foot support.I'm trying various to see which works best, fits in shoes, etc. So far so good with this one. Having the compression strap separate may be a mixed blessing: I can position it to suit my foot, but it may creep during the day and, or course, get separated and lost. Time will tell. For now, I'm pleased with it.

I have no idea if I just got a random faulty one, but after a day of wearing it to support my achiles tendon, I have a sharp pain across the top of my foot where it meets my leg. It's was comfortable to start with, although I didn't use the additional strap as it was too loose, it seemed to have 2 heel bumps on either side, so I presumed it was to fit either foot. I woreiton left foot, with logo on the inside, for the whole day. When I took it off in the evening I was suddenly in quite a bit of pain and it has not eased much the day after. I have several different types of this kind of sleeve and this has never happened before.

As soon as I put it on the pain relief is incredible absolutely amazing

This support consists of an elasticated tube and a strap with Velcro ends, so it’s one size should fit anyone. It’s comfortable in use. I’ll have to see how it help. It comes with an instruction leaflet that is almost useless, the print is so small that it was unreadable in the final figure. Fortunately, the Amazon listing provided enough help

Fast delivery, ankle support is good but one size works better on thicker set ankles, as elastic eases after a few uses at the top opening.

I am very impressed with the comfort of the brace... The first time I added the strap I could not tolerate it but now I have the position right the support is brilliant. Only had it a short time but the quality is great value for money and my tendon is feeling more comfortable already. Thank you Karm!

Es ist kein Stützfunktion spürbar da die elastischen Bänder mit Klettverschluß zu elastisch. Meine Kompressionsstrümpfe haben da mehr Stützfunktion als die se Bandage. Mal schauen ob man durch einsetzen von Festen Nylonbändern man die Elastizität reduzieren kann !

Aunque es un remedio sencillo, es efectivo, el dolor de pie de mi esposo mejoró en pocos días y no se la quita porque le da soporte y eso por eso le ha disminuido el dolor al caminar.

I don’t understand why so many people had issue with the Velcro on the sock. Are they not able to read? Plenty of reviews and the product description itself describes that the Velcro is to not go on the sock. I instantly noticed relief from my Achilles tendonitis after putting on the sock and securing the strap, as was shown and described on Amazon. Not a problem at all. Wish others were able to read, but you know how it goes. The sock is fairly large so maybe those with smaller feet did not get as much relief but this has helped tons.

i recieved the sleeve before wor, wore it for 8 hrs, didnt no what to expect, but omg!!! It was so compfy forgot about my pain. Love this sleeve! Mind you im 50 yrs old on my feet all day walking at a fast pace! Im an achilles suffer, nothing ive bought compares!!! Im 5'3 and 120 lbs. Will get another for my left foot. Bye the way.. I suffer from hip pain as well, took the pressure off.....
