Not worth full price.
First Impression: The packaging is kinda cheap, unlike a $140 headphones.I bought this because I found the 85% off code on Facebook. OK, now it's review time.First off, I want to mention that the sound quality is the same whether you're using wireless or as a wired headphones. The build quality (material wise) is not bad, but the design is not so good. It doesn't quite cover all of your ears, especially if you have bigger ears. I consider myself having a small ear if not average size. The headphone band is kinda narrow, makes it kinda feels weird when wearing it.The sound quality is ermm... boring without turning on ANC. The sound stage is ok, since it's a closed back headphone. The treble and mids are ok, but the bass is just terrible without ANC. Which I won't pay full price for the headphone. The spec sheet listed that the headphone has ANC, but for me, I feel like it's just boost bass switch. It does cancel out just a little bit of sound, not to mention using unnecessary over-do bass. Like I said, it does cancel out some sound, but it mainly just beef the bass up to unnecessary level.Overall, I feel like it's not bad if you have a 85% off coupon. But I won't pay $140 for it. If you are looking to spend around $140 for noice cancelling headphones, I would personally suggest Sennheiser HD 4.50.

Avoid these
Exceeded my expectations. Especially where this company runs a lot of promos, and the brand seems to be relatively new.Solid build quality. Metal and soft rubber. They don't feel like they'll fall apart.Noise cancelation works great. Control buttons on the side work great. Charges via Micro USB, and will include that cable, along with a cord to use them as wired headphones. As far as the microphone goes, I'm unsure of the quality, I have yet to test it. I didn't really buy it to use as a headset or anything, so it doesn't really bother me.*EDIT 10/15/18* I am lowering my initial review of these headphones. While upon the first initial few weeks they seemed great, they have quite a few issues. Including random pops, snaps, and crackles during use. The cord they include with this is not capable of pushing microphone, so the mic feature is basically useless for something like a PS4 (Not compatible with PS4 via Bluetooth). After putting up with these issues for a few months because of the high quality sound, structure, and great battery life. Now the charger port has snapped inside the headphone unit and is free floating, making it impossible to charge unless I open it up and solder it back into place. Keep in mind, these headphones were never abused, and sat at my desk at work, so hardly were taken anywhere.Down to two stars, especially if they intend on asking the full $150. You can get much higher quality headphones for that price.

Don't do it
I got these from a special promotion for under $20 . I have used them and I can stay that I don't really like them . The noise cancelling isn't very good , and design and fit isn't very good . My ears always get sweating and start to itch. They don't stay on my head they are always moving around even if I'm hardly moving. The sound is decent , I'm not going to complain about that . If I didn't get this on a special promotion a while ago , I would have returned them ASAP. I haven't used them in about three months and have no intention of using them again . The return period passed so I couldn't return them . I was really trying to like them but in the end these are bad

Functionalities are pretty good, battery lasts pretty long
I bought this headphones from facebook promo it has 85% off. Functionalities are pretty good, battery lasts pretty long.Microphone doesnt work as expected. I tried in my meetings and everyone complained that they cant hear me or I am talking from very far distance.Quality of build is good, it doesnt look like build from any cheap material. It fits me and my niece both. It connects to my phone as soon as I switch them on. I have used it for 4-5 hours since I got it after fully charged them.Only issue I see is with microphone. I will check for few days and then decide if I need to continue with this headphones or return it.Edit : I returned this headphones. People told me they could not hear while talking and had to switched to phone.

Sound leaks!
This headphones seems to have a design flaw as it doesn't cover the entire ear and there is a gap at the bottom of the ear . So the sound leaks and it doesn't give the perfect sound effect ,an over ear headphones is supposed to provide. I gave the headphones to couple of my colleagues to try and they too confirmed that this headphone doesn't cover their ear tight .Disappointed!
