Solid product, performs well
It operates as advertised and does so rather well. I don't work in the trades or at construction sites but I wanted something reasonably durable with good clarity, range and battery life; definitely not two separate earbuds which could fall out and get lost. I got the black model and wore them almost everywhere for 2 months and I quickly forgot they were there when not in use. Pros: 1. The unit stays securely around your neck whether the buds are in or out in any position except almost upside down. 2. The battery life and Bluetooth range are excellent. 3. The build quality is about as good as you can expect without them being overbuilt and heavy. 4. The earbud and microphone quality are quite good, even good enough to take meetings using MS Teams or customer calls on my soft phone. In speaker mode the quality is as good as you can expect from small speakers, plenty good. I've never taken a call in speaker mode but if music sounds good I'm sure calls are fine. 5. The included, optional multilayered bud tips block out more sound to protect your ears or help you focus but if someone tries to get your attention you'll still hear them. Neutrals: 1. The EQ settings didn't seem to make a huge difference in the sound but it's there and I really don't mind. 2. If I had my way there would be multiple pairing profiles but that's a bit of a big ask as most Bluetooth audio devices don't have this and would push the cost up. Cons: 1. People glance at them and probably wonder what they are and why, but who cares? 2. Slightly pricey but after looking at all the no-name brands selling neckbuds/neckbands these were the only ones I felt comfortable bothering to try.

Where have these been my whole life 🤔
I like these for what they are and are worth the money, so the quality fit and buttons layout are all great... some might say it's a little bulky but honestly I forgot I'm wearing it half the time.... the battery life on it O my, it goes on and on and on😂.... in the picture I have them charging up it shows a nice little red indicator that turns green when it's done... the little speakers on speaker mode sound pretty good for the size they are really, and it gets plenty loud enough to turn it way up if you're doing something in the yard that's loud or whatever it is you may be doing... wish they had some in different colors but I get it yellow is their thing for DeWalt.... overall this gets a 9 out of 10 and I only give it 9 out of 10 because the audio isn't like for sitting down at home listening to pounding base and nice mids and trouble and yada yada Yada... these are for somebody who's going to be working on their car mowing the grass maybe driving the car and wants good audio quality but not have something stuck in your ear all the time but if they need to talk to somebody privately they can put it quickly on to your mode from one click of a button which is independent by the way and you can change the sound a little bit.. honestly does help a little but I'm more of a bass head so that's more subjective to me.... or I should say I'm more biased to base... but the average person would probably say this is plenty loud enough and sounds good enough to get the job done and honestly the speakers on calls are freaking awesome.... it's also great that they conclude a little like carrying bag so if you need to put them up for a hot minute or throw them in a gym bag or something you can do so yeah they're not the most stylish either but I don't really care..... anyways I hope they make like a model upgrade to this and that enhances the quality of the speaker inside the headphones or something because this is a home run guys keep it up the good work DeWalt 😎✌️

Work great. UPDATED REVIEW
UPDATE 06/20/26 I have officially worn these out. They’ve lasted a year nearly to date. I use them 24/7. Music, movies, phone, and sleep. The left earbud has shorted out due to being a side sleeper and stressing that earbud wire. I still recommend these. Sound is great, easy to find, charge quick and lasts. Cons to think about. Mic for phone calls is only ok, on speaker when driving is decent. If you need to make a lot of calls, there is probably better. I have an 18 1/2 inch neck. The wrap around support on the neck barely fits around me so it slides off when laying down. A clip around the front would solve this if too much annoyance. Tougher than other set ups, won’t lose them like AirPod type set up. I would add an extended warranty if you will be rough on them. Features work great! Long battery life. I’ve lost about 3-4 pairs of the little ‘fake pods’. These are yellow, decent, but comfortable size, hands free speaker mode is good in the car. Good price, quality product. I bought yellow, didn’t need black for $20 more.

A big upgrade from the original but the magnets collect dust
I've used the older model for a while and have had coworkers with the same one. The older model is lighter weight but it's also not as tough, I've seen a lot of them broken or pulled apart when the earbuds got caught on something. The wires on this one are shorter so they have less of a chance of getting tangled. They also have a magnet that clips the buds together. BUT I'm currently on a steel mill jobsite and there's metal dust everywhere, so anything magnetic will collect this black dust on it which has been annoying. Keep this in mind if you work in similar environments, if I leave them out of my ears they collect this dust on the back of them just from dangling on my shirt. This is the biggest problem I have with them but it's a personal problem not a design problem. This one is slightly heavier but feels like better construction. I don't notice having them on sometimes despite them being bigger than the old model. I really like the speaker mode, I have poor hearing and work in a loud environment so being able to put the earbuds in, but have music externally makes it easier to protect my hearing and also hear people talking better. Being able to quickly pluck them out of my ears without worrying about dropping them is really convenient compared to the wireless earbuds. I'm actually really impressed with the bluetooth connection, I've had a lot of bluetooth speakers/earbuds and typically you can't walk more than maybe 30ft or walk behind walls before they start cutting out. But I've repeatedly left my phone in one room, walked at least 100ft away behind concrete walls and didn't even notice because the music sounded the same! I don't use them for calls but the few times I have, having the external speaker is the same as putting someone on speaker phone hands free which is nice. If you need to work with someone from a distance (like pulling cable) these help a lot. The sound quality is good, not audiophile good but they get the job done and don't sound any worse than more expensive earbuds I've tried. I don't use the sound mode very often or notice much of a difference, I keep it on "super bass" The battery life is good so far, I've only had them a week so I can't be certain how long the battery stay healthy but as of right now I don't have to charge them everyday which is a win in my book. They charge fast and use USB C, the flap covering the port is very tough and won't break or flap around loose. Unless I find a big flaw in the future I think these will be my preferred earbuds in any setting and if they break, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a new pair. And best of all, actual BUTTONS! I hate having to mess with touch controls on these compact earbuds, I have status ANC earbuds (more expensive than these and very overrated) and they really don't hold a charge well, and the controls are AWFUL that I usually have to resort to pulling my phone out to skip songs. You don't have to worry about digging out your phone at work anymore with these EDIT: I've actually gotten an ear infection since using these because of the magnets collecting metal dust. so again be cautious if you work in a similar environment because you don't want any particles that collect on your magnetic earbuds to get inside your ears. If it weren't for the magnets I'd give 5 stars, because other than getting an ear infection they're still really good earbuds

Everything I need in worksite earbuds!
These have everything I need in work earbuds. I prefer the neckband earbuds b/c when I sweat, the wireless ones fall out. These fit snug and come with adapters for every ear type/size. The sound is excellent and the speaker option is great. They're Dewalt, which is a brand I already know for durability and reliability, and these look and feel like they're sturdy enough to carry the Dewalt name.

These headphones are awesome!!!
I've had these headphones for almost 3 years my only issues with them is I've lost the little rubber hook things and the left ear piece is a little quieter than the right. I think i may have gotten something in it though. The battery life is still great and the speakers are really loud if they're turned up.

Like the versatility and the speakers are more than loud enough in my opinion
Like the versatility of these being able to go from speaker to ear buds with a press of a button. I was a little concerned that the built in speakers wouldn't be loud enough at 3.4 watts; but they are. Listened to some dance music and I didn't have to turn the volume all the way up in order for the music to be loud enough. Have another small clip on speaker that is 10 watts; but it is mono unlike these which are stereo. A small external speaker is really nice when you can listen to music when no one else is around and you don't want to clip on, hang on, or put something in your ear. One of my planned uses for these is to put the buds in my ears and listen to music while using earmuff style hearing protection. Since the controls on the part that rests around your neck I'll be able to control the music and volume, without having to access my phone, while the ear buds will be inside the earmuffs of course. Basically this will be like having earmuff hearing protection with built in Bluetooth; but having the Bluetooth separate from the earmuffs gives one more versatility and use of the headphones when not using the hearing protection. I had hearing protection with Bluetooth and I really liked them for listening to music while mowing etc; but they broke and then I was forced with the decision to spend a lot more money for hearing protection with Bluetooth or much cheaper non-Bluebooth hearing protection. Obviously I ultimately went with the cheaper hearing protection option. If you add up the price of these and the hearing protection that is more than buying hearing protection with Bluetooth in most cases; but this option is more versatile as I already said. And being able to replace either thing separately if they go bad/break I think is a better setup. Haven't tried them for phone calls yet; but I will and if that is terrible I will update my review. One other thing of note: the charging cover does NOT come off when you go to charge it you simply bend it back. There is a message on the headset that says "Replace port cover after charging" which implies you can/need to remove it. The cover is fairly stiff and resists being bent/pealed back so combine that with the message and it makes you think it needs to be removed. I know this seems minor or insignificant; but you don't want to damage the flap thinking it can be removed. Being able to remove it would making charging easier since the flap wouldn't be fighting you and trying to close the entire time. You have to hold the flap out of the way while inserting the USB C cable. Not a deal breaker but it is what it is. I have no idea why they used the world "replace" when putting that on the headphones and it made me think "seriously who wrote this". In the end I would buy them again.

Very pleased.
This will be the 3rd pair i have bought because i keep losing them. I love them enough to keep buying them. Everything about them is great. Loud, durable ,long battery life, and easy to use. The only thing i'd suggest is putting a GPS locator in them and make them reflective yellow. They are worth the price and ill probably lose these too.

Performant

Comfortable but be wary of the speaker
I found these a great headset up until the speaker stopped working after 2 weeks. Headphones still work that’s why I took off a star

These are pretty great:)
I cannot recommend these enough. Do they look cool? Not really Will people ask “what are those?” All the time? Yes. But then you can use that time to make small talk about how great they are. Are they comfortable? Hell yes and I have never gotten headphones with so many fit options. I particularly like the little thing you can add that really holds onto your inner lobe, but ever so gently. I work in loud shops most of the time and I have no problems hearing music, podcasts or phone calls. Phone calls! They are also great when I’m riding my bike as I have no worries about losing an earbud. If you’ve ever dropped an earbud into a 5 gallon of paint you understand the need of the little i”idiot-mittens” wires. The controls are easy to use. You can pause without aggressively jamming an earbud into your delicate ear canal. The only thing that I don’t love, and it’s a little thing, when you turn them on they tell you that the power is on and what your battery power is. When you turn them off they tell you the power is off. Which is cool but I would love if they could add the battery power message when you turn them off so you know if you need to charge them. You might say well if you know at the start you can guess, but No, the battery life is great! So if you pause a lot you can forget you’ve had it on all day. Again a very small complaint. Otherwise they are the most useful head phones I’ve ever owned. Do they have the sound quality of my Bose? No but I don’t need that at work. If you read to the end I respect your commitment.

Not good
It was shown in the review that the seller's service is very good but it all turned out to be a lie, you all broke my faith.
