Substantially good quality.
Everything looked and worked as advertised, seems like substantially good quality. I wish the bands extended further, but I would guess it's similar to other sets like this. The bar is sturdy, as are the wrist/foot/handle grips.

Great, unless your short for curls
NOT A PRODUCT ISSUE! The system works great ; however, if you are 5 ft 7 inches, like myself, or less, you will run into an issue with curls or other exercises , as the bands are too long for short(er) people to put their feet in the straps/stirrups to actually do the curls or or other exercises, even on the highest ring closet to the bar. I have to stand on the straps/stirrups to do them. AGAIN, Not a product issue at all, just a notice to short people wanting to buy this product. AGIAN overall great product!

Perfect for out of town RV work
This product is perfect. I stay in an RV while I work out of town. I use this in the morning and in the evening and you can feel it. I'm very happy with this product.
