This is a great product, can taste a little strange at first but you get used to it. The sachets are very convenient and you can pop them in your bag to suit your schedule. I have seen a small improvement, with more of a healthy glow and hydrated fresh appearance but I have only been using it about 10 weeks. I am happy with the results so far and I would recommend

Better nails
I have terrible nails. Within 3 days I could see an improvement. I have now taken these for 3 weeks and I think I see less lines. They taste a bit thick and gloopy with a fishy taste so I have an orange juice to wash it down. I got it in the prime sale as it’s quite expensive but it’s a product that works!

Gave me an upset tummy
I started taking Absolute Collagen 3 days ago. I have taken it with food and mixed it in with a small glass of water because I don’t like the taste. After taking it I get an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach which moves through my digestive system making me feel very uncomfortable for the rest of the day. I then end up with loose motions in the morning. I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong and generally my gut health is great. I will not be continuing to take it.

Tastes…not great
Too early for me to review the benefits but I thought this would taste nice and honestly it’s horrible. If this is one of the best tasting brands then the others must be awful. The smell isn’t too bad, and it’s easy to swallow of course but it tastes absolutely disgusting so make sure to have something else on hand to take the taste away. Can’t comment yet on skin improvement or value for money but if you’re looking for something to taste nice this is not it.
