This bike is absolutely amazing for all ages. I got mine for my 11th birthday and am loving it. I It is great for long trips, trails, and riding around town. I love it so much I even bought my 65 year old dad one. Overall I would highly recommend buying one of these.

Got bike as Xmas gift 2021. Brakes started to fail after 4 months. Now throttle is broken. Good luck getting support from Jetson's computer "support" desk.

Long battery life.We use them as get around rides when we park our RV. Touring and quick grocery runs

I purchased the jetson electric bike and when I took it out the box I noticed my red reflector was broken. Then once I changed up the battery I noticed the LED LIGHTS didn't work so I called the 800 number and spoke with a live agent and he told me he will get back with me but never did. I tried emailing them and they keep telling prove that I purchased the bike and I showed proof and still unresolved not happy with the service.

The bike was easy to set up and charge. I was looking for a small folding bike I could put in the back of my car. This is fine except it’s a bit too heavy at 40# for me, I am a petite 5’ female and the design doesn’t allow for easy on and off. I should have ordered the one with pegs and lighter weight. It’s a great bike but it will not work for me. I will try to sell it locally.

As a result of buying through amazon you wont be able to register and use manufacture warranty. However not sure its the seller or amazon will give you an option to buy some sort of warranty. I opt out for that but will see if I have any issue with it. Since I git it its been cold out there so havent had a chance to use it that much. But I love the fact that it can be so tiny that it folds and can be carried with car without the hassle of bike rack.Also didn’t think you can do this high speed with it. All and all I do like it very much.

I like it and it will do everything I need it to do but it just broke down on me and the problem is is there's something wrong with the crank cause all it does is spin around freely and it's not supposed to and it won't pedal the bike so I decided to return it and buy a mountain bike instead and im very happy I did that

I knew I wanted an ebike and after reading many reviews, for the price, this is the best to start out with. I bought one for myself and then hubby said he wanted one too, so I bought his immediately after I bought mine. The seller CALLED me to ensure I meant to buy two. He also mentioned there was a holiday and the bikes could be sent a little later than expected as we live in NB and he's selling out of AB. Not only was that awesome of him but the bikes came early! We took them out as soon as they arrived (after adjustments and getting everything ready) and we absolutely love them. Our mirror and bottle holder was bought separately btw.
