Yes, great pump and very powerful for its compact size. I pump water from a river, up a 75’ tall embankment. Get the adjustable fire hose nozzle, it can shoot a stream of water 30’. Great for fire protection

I believe I read that the lift/head of this pump was something like 22-26 feet, meaning that's how high it could draw water to; any deeper than that and the efficiency of the pump would be compromised. So answer to your question is probably not.
