Bought for my cat for Xmas, upon opening feathers fell off. Makes silly unbird like noises for few seconds, wings don't move at all. It is not sturdy and def not cat proof even if my cat was interested. Waste of money and making a complaint

This bird does not flap and doesn't come with a teaser wand to hang on the loop on the head is not elasticated very misleading item description.
