Just as good as I expected
I just got it yesterday and used it for the first time last night, and I fell asleep with it on, probably within the first 10 minutes! This is my second Renpho eye massager and it's just as good as I expected. My first one still works, however some of the pressure spots don't work as well as they used to, so I figured I would upgrade to this one. This one is much better than the first one, but not because it provides a better massage, but because it's easier to use. The buttons on the first one I got were very hard to feel and it was hard to know which button did what, so I would often touch the wrong button on accident. It also did not have Bluetooth or voice control. Lastly, it did not come with a gel eye mask for cooling. The buttons on this one are so much easier to feel and it's much more clear which one does what when you have it on. Plus having voice control makes it a lot easier too so then you don't have to rely on the buttons. I have not tried the Bluetooth feature yet, but I will soon and I will update this review if I have any concerns with it. I did use it with the gel eye mask as directed even though I was not cooling my eyes, but instead using the heat feature. If I'm not supposed to use the gel eye mask unless I'm cooling my eyes, that is not clear in the directions. The directions sound like I should always use the gel eye mask regardless if I'm cooling or heating my eyes. It did mute the warmth a bit so it wasn't as warm as I'm used to, so I may try it without the gel eye mask. Otherwise the pressure and massage pattern is the same as the first one I got, which is fine for me because I like it and I'm used to it. I used it on both low, medium and high pressure and I prefer high pressure. I'm not a fan of vibration so I did not use that at all. This one is different from my first one as it gives you the option to massage just your eyes, just your temples, or both. I massaged both eyes and temples. This one is also different from my first one as this one gives you different options for the heat levels as well. I used high heat and it was perfect. The only feature of the new one that I'm not a fan of is the sound options. I really like the 2 music options I have with the first one I got and I really thought this one would have the same music options and I was disappointed that it does not. Instead there are three different sounds you can choose from, and they are all nature sounds. The only one I can use is the stream sound as insect or bird sounds will keep me awake. I will have to find some relaxing music I can play via the eye massager Bluetooth instead. If Renpho reads this, I think you should consider adding those 2 music choices to this model in addition to the stream, birds and insect sounds. Both of those music choices are very relaxing and soothing. Otherwise I really like this new and improved model. Overall it is a bit better than the first one I got and if nothing else, it's just as relaxing and puts me to sleep pretty quickly. I really recommend the Renpho eye massagers to anyone that is looking for one. As this is my second one and the quality is still just as good, I think it's safe to say all of the models are fantastic choices, including this one.

Must buy!
I have suffered with migraines for many years and am always looking for non-medication options for relief. This product was recommended by a coworker and I’m so happy with the results. The variable massage speed and cold/heat option really helps to provide comfort for headaches. I love that it is compact, yet very durable. Well worth the price. Highly recommend!

Perfect but doesn’t last forever
Let me start out with, I LOVE this thing. Coming from someone that 1. Gets migraines and headaches, 2. Gets sinus infections more than the average human, and 3. Has a hard time falling asleep/has anxiety, I am obsessed with this. I don’t use this all the time, but I will pull it out one or two times a month and be happy I own this. You would think the review would end here, but sadly no. It has been officially two years (on the dot) that I’ve had this mask, and it is breaking. I use the “strong pressure” option, which you can TELL. This last time I used it, I questioned whether I turned it on because there was barely any pressure. Nope, “strong pressure” was on. Tried it again today and have the same issue. I am so sad. Amazon is flagging this as a “durable” product. Is it though? I mean I guess almost two years is good for this type of item, but 1. I was expecting many more years out of this, and 2. I do not use this every day, or week. I used it sparingly. Why is it breaking? Long story short, I love this mask but am sad that it broke within two years. Will I buy a new one? Yes. Will I still be upset? Yes.

GREAT product—but need to get (missing?) removable cooling gel mask…
Have had it over a year and LOVE this product—the features are amazing and work great. I just realized it was supposed to come with a removable cooling gel mask…not sure if it did as I was only interested in the heating feature previously. Now that I want to use the cooling mask, I cannot locate it. I still have the original box and all the materials that came with it but unfortunately no cooling mask in the box so not sure what happened to it. My question is to the manufacturer Renpho— is it possible to get a replacement cooling mask? I’m willing to pay for it….

Sinus Drainage Help to Sleep
I gave this a while to try out. My eye doctor recommended special eye drops to use with a microwavable heated eye mask. It didn't stay warm long enough. He also recommended massaging gently around the eye. The Rempho Eyeris 1 sounded like it would be a good idea. And it is. Now that I no longer need the drops and eye mask, I still use it for allergy sinus drainage. It is also good for when I can't get back to sleep at night. I keep the Eyeris handy lopped over a triangle tablet pillow pad on the floor next to the bed. It would make a nice gift. The sound feature is quite limited, only two choices; there should be more. The female voice confirming your choices is most pleasant. Nice job on that. Bluetooth works well. I can listen to a podcast or my own music and keep listening when the cycle is over. The buttons on this model could be better. They are difficult to find while using it, and they can be inadvertently activated by a stray touch. I did, however, get used to their placement and function. I initially made a cheat sheet (see photo) from the listing information. There are two levels of pressure massage. I use the highest. You can move the massager up or down to wherever placement works best for you. If I try to lay on my side with it, the motor noise it too loud. On my back the noise is minimal, especially if listening to the music or Bluetooth. There was a very strong odor using it for the first couple charges. I recommend a fan or air cleaner aimed at you at first to avoid inhaling the odor. It's no longer an issue now. It came in a sturdy box, nicely packaged. If I need to take it somewhere, I have a small padded zipper lunch box or case I can put it in. This one did not come with a bag.

No heat and terrible customer service
I have purchased 8 (not even kidding) Renpho eye massagers. I have massagers that are normal, one you can see out of and two that receive voice commands. They have all done well and they do all still massage well. Unfortunately, I purchase these for migraine and Optic Neuritis pain and a major drive for me to continue purchasing these is the heat they state is offered. I have had one that is heated more than six weeks. The rest either never heated or only heated a few days. I will say I use them a lot. I use them every single day multiple times a day, but the heat should not go out so quickly. I contacted the company and they told me to have somebody else try them because maybe I just couldn’t feel heat. I did have my husband try them and he agreed that they are not heating. Needless to say the company made no move to send a new pair order to reimburse me for my old pairs. To be clear, I called about my most recent pair and only asked to send mine back and get a new pair. I even sent them a picture of all my eye massagers together, they are all by the Renpho company. Renpho’s customer service would not exchange the massager. I have never asked for a refund and I had never asked for an exchange, clearly they could see I haven’t been a problem for them. I very quickly purchased a Breo massager and it’s still heating. Goodbye Renpho….

HSA Eligible- Run Don't Walk
I love this! I was heavily influenced from tiktok and lists of "surprising items you can get with fsa hsa" lists. I'm so glad I got this. I wfh on a computer all day, so i frequently had headaches and my eyes would be tired or strained. I got this to try to relieve some of that eye pressure and the first day using it was a little strange to get used to so it wasn't ultra relaxing, but the pressure and warmth on my eyes did feel nice. The next day for work i did feel fresher and didn't have a headache in the morning. Now I've owned it for a few weeks and use it every other day or so, usually at night and occasionally on my lunch break as a midday reset. I use it on the high heat setting because I don't feel the lower amount is enough, so just a heads up you may feel the same, but if more is needed we're already at the top level of heat. I appreciate the voice recognition so I dont have to fumble with the buttons. I haven't attached it to my personal music or tried any sounds, I wasn't too concerned with that feature when purchasing so I've yet to try it and hopefully it's an additional star on top of what I already feel. I will say that the noise of operation is loud, so I dont think you can sleep next to someone with this on, and it only became whitenoise-ish to me after several uses. I wish it were quieter so it could be more relaxing. Tip : if you're into skincare I've been doing my eye masks and serums and then putting this on wih high heat to do a mini eye treatment and I see some visible results as well as feel better afterwards, so give that a try!

Great eye warmer
Overall, this earns three stars. It’s superior in its heating ability, which I love. But the massager is somewhat uncomfortable. I use this for heat only, and I find that it does a good job relieving headaches from sinus pain and eye strain.

I like it
I’ve been using the Eyeris eye massager for a while now, and overall, I’m happy with it. The massage itself is really good, especially when I have headaches, it definitely helps relieve tension. The sound level is nice and not too loud, which makes it relaxing. One thing I wish could be improved is the Bluetooth function. The audio stops the second the massage timer ends. I would prefer if the sound could keep playing even after the massager turns off, so I could continue listening to my podcast as I fall asleep. I haven’t tried the heating feature yet. Initially, I thought the cooling function was automatic, but it actually requires a cooling pad that you need to place in the fridge before use. It’s a bit inconvenient, especially if you forget to put it back in the fridge. As someone who works long hours in front of a screen, I find it very helpful for winding down at the end of the day. The massage techniques and added vibration are great for relaxation and even help reduce facial puffiness. I’ve noticed I look a bit fresher after using it, though it could also be partly due to my night skincare routine. Overall, it’s a good product and works well for its purpose, especially for stress relief and relaxation.

Whoever invented this…
God bless you! First time I used such a product and I’m super happy. I was a bit scared of the compression at first but no need to. The goggles are adjusted really well. Gives a perfect massage and the max heat is set well too. I would highly recommend to use them laying down. Sitting up they just can’t show their full potential due to the weight. This is basically a shiatsu massage for your eyes. Only point of critique: Touch controls are unsuitable on a device you want to navigate blind. The first setup is a bit painful and changing settings while operating is very cumbersome. One star less for that.

Game Changer
This thing is amazing!!!! Such a game changer for my tension headaches and migraines. The heat and pressure are just perfect for getting into the eye socket and relieving and relaxing the muscles and nerve endings. Why didn’t I buy one sooner. Just be mindful the sounds and noises can be heard by others so not something you can discreetly turn on if someone is asleep next to you or if you need to use it in the office like I do.

Nice product
Nice product, however, the battery life is terrible and this is why I’ve given it 3 stars. I have dry eyes and this seems to work for me. All my life I’ve had a squint, which I’ve now got used to (I’m now 59), but these massage/heat/ vibration goggles seem to help with my condition. Packaging is satisfactory. Arrived on time. See what you think. Update: I’ve now had this product a good while now and I’ve updated to 5 stars from 3 stars. I do suffer from depression (from being about 18 years of age) and I’m now 59. This product really chills me out and puts me at one with myself. This product is another weapon in my armer that helps me to fight and combat my depression. However, I do take medication for my depression.
