Weighted vest
I used a weighted vest during a work out program at the YMCA, so thought I would buy one to have at home. I've just started using this one, but it seems to be good. I probably should have known this, but didn't realize it would come without the weights and instead would need to have sand added to the packs to make the weights. I've also not found an easy way to get it on and off, but might with more use.
