The same is true for the Trisodium Citrate. You need to calculate what percent of those total weights are just for the sodium. By weight, Sodium Chloride is only 39.3% sodium. So, those 2.6g of sodium chloride only include 1022mg of sodium. Trisodium Citrate is only 26.7% sodium, so those 2.9g only make for 774mg of actual sodium. That makes the drink's total sodium content out to 1.8g of sodium, not 5.5g.
