This products has significant amounts of all good bacteria. Most good bacteria needs to be in an environment that it does not get too hot or too cold so I don't know about the shipping conditions. It does not say it require refrigeration so that means it must be freeze-dried which tells me it takes longer to be activated in my body which means it could pass through my body before they become "alive.". It is gluten-free, non GMO, dairy-free and soy-free which is great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2018* This has been the most effective probiotic I have tried at this price point. Great product for a great price. I will buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does not need refridgeration. *by V***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2018* Product works as promised. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/66140969-dr-formulated-adult-probiotics-supplement-40-billion-cfus-daily-probiotic](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/66140969-dr-formulated-adult-probiotics-supplement-40-billion-cfus-daily-probiotic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
