These help me get through long online meetings! Like a fidget with an extra benefit of making you stronger along the way. But it comes with a booklet of different exercises you can do to strengthen different parts of your shoulders. I got it for my therapy clients to have something to twist and bend when they need to get those frustrations out and it’s perfect for that too.

These bars were better than my original Thera bars. I think it’s because they can be purchased in different resistance levels. It also comes with a great manual showing all sorts of exercises you could do with them.
