This wrist brace fits well and feels very supportive, especially when worn at night. The straps are easy to adjust and keep the wrist in a stable position without feeling too tight. It’s comfortable enough to sleep with and feels well made. Good quality and works well for daily use.

Finally, the brace I have been looking for! If you want a brace that truly immobilizes the thumb (CMC joint, in particular), but is comfortable and doesn't actually aggravate the inflammation due to pressure on the tendon from the brace, THIS is your brace. It is very well made. The longer brace provides greater support and stability than most other (shorter) braces. That is great for me because I have both carpal tunnel syndrome and deQuervain's tenosynovitis in the same hand. I sleep in the brace and wear it when I don't actually need manual dexterity for any task. This is a brace for resting the tissue to allow healing. So, of course, the thumb and wrist are immobilized. I also have a weenie little thumb spica splint with plastic stays that provide a little support while I do tasks that require me to use my opposable thumb for tasks that require dexterity. But then I put this excellent, very supportive brace back on for comfort and healing. With the discount at the time, I bought this brace for an amazingly good price for such a nice brace. I did not get any reward for writing this review. But I am a physical therapist who really appreciates the benefits of an effective splint. BTW, remember that, if you need to wear a splint 24/7 and you wear the same one all the time, it is going to get skanky. It is a good idea to have a couple of braces to rotate and give them a chance to air out. It doesn't actually have to be two of the exact same brace, but you do want both braces to be effective.

Great wrist support and pain relief! This wrist brace is excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. It provides strong support for my wrist and thumb, especially for carpal tunnel and tendonitis pain. The material is soft but firm, and the straps make it easy to adjust for the perfect fit. I use it both during the day and at night, and it really helps reduce discomfort. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable wrist and thumb support!

This greatly helped with my wrist pain. It was adjustable and comfortable with good quality material. I took one star off because if I put my thumb through the thumb hole for a long period (overnight) it would hurt a bit in the morning. I just kept it out and that solved that problem for me but wish it did it stretch the thumb quite so far for a woman with small to average size hands. Overall I like it though and use it whenever my wrist starts to act up- makes it feel better after just 1-2 nights of use!

I’m a vet tech and use my hands constantly--restraining animals, cleaning, lifting, and doing repetitive tasks. After developing tendonitis in my thumb, my physical therapist recommended a spica splint, and it’s made a huge difference. I wear it every night, and it keeps my thumb and wrist in a comfortable position so I don’t wake up in pain or stiffness. The fit is snug but not tight, and the material is soft and breathable. It doesn’t dig in or make my hand sweaty. If you deal with thumb or wrist tendonitis from work or overuse, I definitely recommend this splint. It’s supportive, comfortable, and has really helped reduce my pain.

This brace is easy to get on and comfortable to wear. I've only wore it a few nights, but it has helped with night pains in my hand.

This brace gives strong wrist and thumb support without feeling bulky. The material is soft inside, and the straps adjust easily for a snug fit. I’ve been sleeping better and waking up with less pain. Highly recommend for carpal tunnel or tendonitis relief.

I’ve had a carpal in both hands for the course of my senior years. Sleeping can be tough with fingers going to sleep, hand aching. This brace is the best construction, extra care with soft sleeve inside which I have never had as canvas can be rough on skin. This one is great- easily adjusted- great adjustment for thumb too. I got 2- tone color as it was cheaper( who cares on color I want relief:) SO GLAD I TOOK A CHANCE ON THIS BRAND!! Boxed well and sent quickly. Absolutely no complaints.
