I had been looking at some new knives for a while as my husband and dad are both chefs knives are important in our family I was originally going to get the Damascus steel set but as I am only a home cook I didn’t want to spend a lot of money I just wanted something easy to use and sharp I really wasn’t sure at my choice until I used them they are really good knives I was very pleased with them even my husband was impressed with them they look great have nice weight love the block and honing rod and my husband likes the fact that the set came with some lovely steak knives so overall I would recommend them I love them and if you are looking at them thinking do I really want to spend this much on kitchen knives the answer is yes with knives you get what you pay for and these knives definitely deserve the 5 stars and are worth the extra money and if you can get a discount even better

Lovely set of very sharp knives, quality and construction is excellent. Down side the supplied “steak knives” aren’t and are very heavy uncomfortable to use, the steel sharpener is useless would have been better to incorporate a pair of scissors of the same quality. I have purchased a set of steak knives from the same company which are brilliant and tick all the boxes. Would of been 5 stars had it not been for the above points.

In use, have retained their edge, remaining sharp and helping with food preparation. I would happily purchase again, and recommend to others

Pour cette gamme de prix, cet ensemble de couteaux est très correct Le nombre de couteaux, leurs tailles, vous pare à tout besoin Les couteaux à steack, j'en etais mitigé car possedant deja des couteux de table chez moi, se révèlent en réalité très appreciables tant leur coupant est net ceux ci sont livrés affutés, et sont extremement tranchants mais leur durabilité ne dépend que de votre utilisation et entretien. A vous donc de vous munir d'une planche a découper en bois (et non en verre), de ne pas couper d'objets durs (comme les os), de les laver et secher immédiatement après utilisation, et enfin, d'apprendre a bien utiliser un fisil, et une pierre à aiguiser afin de garder le fil de la lame net et tranchant J'ai très longtemps hésité avec les couteaux en lame Damas de la même marque, mais la facilité d'aiguisage de cet acier inoxidable ne me fait pas regretter ce choix

Qualitativ wirklich in Ordnung. Sehr schön Holzblock. Ergonomisch liegen die Messer super in der Hand und sind sackscharf. Nach einigen Wochen Einsatz noch keine Ermüdungserscheinungen zu erkennen. Für den Hobbykoch absolut empfehlenswert. Für den Preis kaum zu schlagen.

The knives are perfectly balanced and comfortable to hold. All knives are extremely sharp, cuts through vegetables and meat with ease. The wooden block is a nice addition to store and present the knives.

I just got these yesterday and am impressed with the quality. They are very sharp and make cutting and chopping very easy. They feel good in the hand and have a good thickness in the blade making them feel sturdy. All the blades are forged, even the steak knives - no cheap stamped out steel. Compared to some of my expensive quality knives, the only thing these are lacking is in some finishing. There are some edges that stick out or are too sharp, like in the end of the handle and where the tang comes thru the handle. But for the price, you won’t be disappointed! I am very happy with my purchase so far.
