It works.
Works great. I was using an old Cabela's that had a much larger footprint, and I was concerned that this would be too small. It's just right.

TOP NOTCH!
Outstanding dehydrator! I was so impressed I now also have the smaller LEM. I dehydrate a couple times a week. I only use the 16 tray for big jobs, like jerky. You won't be disappointed in the quality. I started with a couple cosori but I like the ease of the racks of the LEM. The LEM are also all stainless.

I dryer out ten pounds of deer jerky in six hours start to finish was very surprised on how quickly it dehydrated the meat will tell everyone I know about it

Have an older model that is not digital. Love it. This unit is of equal quality. Nice to have a timer and digital display and input

A great unit
This is a great unit and it is very close to commercial quality. I run a dehydrator every week and this unit is well made. I would have have it 5 stars if not for the flimsy stainless steel trays

Another great LEM product
Very nice, easy to use, solid construction. Lots od space. Dried 15 pounds of onions and 5 pounds of carrots so far. Next up are frozen corn and frozen diced potatoes.
