I was really happy with the taste of these gummies and I believe they enhanced my workout performance (I have to try them regularly for a month to tell for sure). I felt more thirsty after I took them, I believe creatine tends to do that but I’m not sure. However, the thing I didn’t like is how sugary they are, I like to take creatine before my workout but since I work out on an empty stomach, I’m afraid they would raise my blood sugar and I get discouraged. Also, 15 cal per 1 gummy is a lot imo. So 1 star less for being too sweet.

These Creatine Gummies are amazing! I love the raspberry flavor and the texture is nice too-starts a little firm, then gets chewy. They're almost like a little daily treat! Overall, these gummies are a high quality, great tasting product that works and they're affordable!

Even though it takes 5 gummies to give you the equivalence of a scoop of powered creatine, it is a less messy and easier to travel with alternative. The gummies are very chewy but tasty and, like the powder, very inexpensive.

Read the label carefully! each gummy has only 1 gram of Creatine and 15 calories! 2 grams of added sugar PER GUMMY! so, to get a reasonable 5g daily dose, that 75calories and 10 grams of sugar!!! Way too much. My fault for not reading more closely, but unable to return even though the bottle is still completely sealed.

Easy to use. Can transport in car so if i forget to take it at home i have some in the car. Seems to be effective.
