Sometimes things stick but easy to clean

Excelentes sartenes y ollas, de excelente material. Los hemos tenido ya por mas de 9 meses y estamos felices. Es excelente para carnes sobretodo, y en las ollas se hace muy bien sopas, pasta y arroz. Viene con una olla para hacer preparaciones al vapor que funciona excelente. De verdad son maravillosas. Y en cuanto a la limpieza, es increible lo facil que se desprende todo, en lavaplatos salen perfectas. Uso una sarten aparte para tortillas, huevo y cosas asi que requieren antiadherente.

One really can't go wrong with T-fal. When I worked in a department store, T-Fal branded kitchen cookware was among our top three sellers. It's kind of a staple in the industry along with its competitors: Farberware and Kitchen Aid. Choosing between the three brands is always difficult for the average consumer. I always provided customers with my own honest opinion: I own products made by all three brands. I like Farberware for frying and sautée pans, Kitchen Aid for appliances, and T-Fal for pots and pans. I have found that their products distrubuted heat more evenly especially when boiling things like pasta or rice, or slow cooking sauce or stew. No stick no mess either. Although I'm half Italian, I'm single and work long hours so I don't cook as often as I should. When I do, however, it's a full Italian meal and must be cooked properly. Beleive it or not, I didn't own a full set of pots and pans because, as mentioned, I live alone and don't cook much, and over the years I've thrown out or given away old pots and pans. I was glad to have this full set This is a very nice "starter set" that comes with a good sized stock pot, stew and sauce pots, a vegetable steamer and a very nice ladle/spoon. Good thickness but not too heavy. Handles easy to grasp. Each pot has measurements inside for those who stick to exactly the recipe. It is even suitable for Italians whose recipes consist of "about that much," "a little more," and "I guess that's about right." It is definitely worth the purchase for oneself or as a gift. *** Edir: When I mentioned this T-fal set, and my review, to someone, she inquired "What about Cuisinart or Calphalon?" So, those are great brands also. In my opinion, Calphalon makes excellent frying pans. I have one.. If you're going to use a skillet or frying pan you really can't go wrong with Calphalon, Farberware, or T-Fal, as all three make qood quality frying pans and skillets. My mother owns one of each brand. I have never owned a Cuisinart pots and pans set, but one of my ex-boyfriends did. He loved it. It was not a bad product at all. But I personally find that the Cuisinart post and pans don't boil or simmer as well. You would think, "Well maybe your flame was too high or you weren't paying attention?" I had the right simmer and I still burned my sauce. I was not a happy Italian. (My ex swears it wasn't his cookware set or stove, it was my cooking. He does it better. Ha! As If.) Pots and pans all function the same but their composition determines how well they distribute heat especially when comparing gas or electric stoves. I have personally found that T-fal makes a good pot that is versatile for any type of stove or oven. That's what I would tell my customers at the department store. I'm not knocking the other brands at all. As mentioned, I own random cookware produced by each. But I absolutely swear by T-Fal pots and pans. I was super excited to finally have a full set.

Good quality even used in the oven and they are still good

Exactly as described, love the glass lids and the amount of pots you get with the set. I didn't mind that there are no frying pans included, as i have 2 stainless frying pans from another set already, but i was pleased to discover the lids from this set fit perfectly on them! Clean up is a snap too, and they maintain their shine even on the bottom, unlike other cookware that turns black after a while, these remain shiny and beautiful.

So far so good..one week in. Slight discolouration in one pot used more frequently..I guess it’s typical with stainless steel Not as thick and heavy as old Lagos T’ina I had
