Good product. Cheap, healthy. Bought to add to soups or as a side when don't want rice or other sides. Just boil in the water add salt stir occasionally. Or can boil in water/milk but then needs cooking longer. Only thing don't like it takes longer to cook than rice, pasta, couscous etc.
