Review: Very attractive Greenpan / Bobby Flat 8"-10" pans. - Arrived in box 5 times the size needed and without additional packaging, but that's another story. Initial packaging of just the pans was adequate, and there was no damage to either pan. Quality, finish and overall appearance was very nice. I like the stainless with diamond ceramic interior. I believe Greenpan products are in the higher end of the quality spectrum for our price point. Interesting tips on ceramic ware and that is to only use low to medium heat, a 90 second preheat and use only clarified butter, peanut or a good quality olive oil to prevent scorching and staining. I you want some to sear on a higher heat, I would lean toward a cast iron skillet.
