I purchased this stick balm.as my trainers were rubbing and leaving blisters when wearing them. I really like the trainers so was disappointed that they were not comfortable to wear because of this. Since using this stick balm, I am able to wear my trainers again and have used it for when I wear other shoes. I am so impressed with the product and how well it works. I will keep purchasing this as it works so well for me and I have not had any issues with blisters or rubbing from my shoes since I started using it.

I'm an avid hiker and long distance runner who ALWAYS suffers from severe blisters. I have scoliosis meaning my gait is slightly off, causing more pressure on my right leg and foot. I've tried everything. Wider shoes, blister socks, talcum powder, bicarb, plasters...you name it, I've tried it. When I came across this I didn't have high hopes, I thought how is a tiny stick rubbed on my foot going to make a difference, but it does! Simple apply this onto common blister areas (clean, dry feet) and then off you go. It's clear, not sticky and light weight. You don't even notice its on. Great for sandals, trainers, walking boots etc! Shame I didn't find it sooner. But it's now a permanent in my hiking and running bags! Extremely effective- definetely reccommend.

These are wonderful! My sister put me on to these a couple.of years ago. I use these frequently, if not daily to prevent blisters (I have an arthritic toe that doesn't do as it should). I love walking and this makes my life easier. However, I only put 4 stars because I waste the bottom of each compede stick. If I could work out how to put all the ends together I would save myself a lot of money!

Someone I know kept having friction where his socks ended resulting in blisters! He now uses this product to his relief. Handy little stick too! Recommend.

It works OK in areas with a small amount of friction but it doesn't help with any real irritation.

I never review products but I am so impressed with this. I have shoes that take the sling completely off my feet and they were expensive so don’t want to get rid of them and have used this and been out all day with them and not even a mark on my feet. Isn’t product

Helped me get through a full day of wearing pointed toe heels. Small enough to fit in your bag incase you need to re-apply.

I get so many blisters from shoes or even really red skin from my socks on the backs of my heels. I have this stuff on hand at all times. It really helps when you have something rubbing on your feet. I even works on other parts that are rubbing. I never leave home without this stuff.

El producto se ve original y de buena calidad, pero es más chico de lo que aparenta ser. La verdad no es muy grande es chiquito el stick

J'utilise ce produit en prévention des échauffements dus à la danse et il est efficace. Je le recommande :)

Questo prodotto è fantastico: va applicato come un balsamo (è nella forma di stick) sulle parti dl piede che sono più soggette allo sfregamento con la scarpa. Non unge e non è necessario riapplicarlo troppo spesso. Io lo porto tuttavia sempre in borsa d'estate. L'ho consigliato a tutte le mie amiche a mia madre. Non unge la scarpa. Non ha odore. evita che lo sfregamento produca delle vesciche sul piede. In Italia lo si trova anche in farmacia (non in tutte però) e costa meno che qui.
