This is very useful for keeping my pills on me all day so they are with me when I need them. Since I have to take some every 4 hours, it's been a challenge to manage especially as my memory/attention is not the best. This has helped a lot. It's definitely large enough to fit a variety of tablets, however it's a bit too large imo. It wouldn't would well as a key ring as it will not fit in a pocket - it's about the size of a plum. It does come with a little clip attachment though so I use this to hook it into the belt loop on my trousers when I'm going out without a bag. I love the acorn design, it's very cute, it has a waterproof rubber seal as it is made of string steel so it's very good quality and good value as it's been invaluable for me.

This pill holder (or stash can) is super cute. It's well finished with a black satin finish, comes nicely presented in a box, so suitable for a gift. Plus it comes with spare silicone 'o' rings and has a lobster ring or D-ring to attach it with.I haven't tested if it's smell proof but figure it will probably do quite well as it's waterproof and made of metal.The size is too large to fit comfortably in a pocket but in your bag etc it's just fine. There isn't any wasted space, all of the inside is there as storage.It's hefty and solid without being heavy, so all-in-all this is a great item.

Beautiful design that looks excellent in black; very artsy, very sleek. It comes with a spare key holder ring as well as two spare gaskets, which I found quite thoughtful.It’s large, although it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of wasted space inside; so you can put a lot of pills or other items in it, but the size does make it questionable as a keychain. Perfect as a backpack accessory, though. It’s relatively lightweight despite its size, so carrying it around is not an issue. And it does look super cool! It would probably make a cute little present for someone who's into this sort of item or has a need for one.

This is really good quality for the price you pay, i was very surprised. This comes with spare seal and everything you need to hang it from your keys. I struggle with headaches and have be caught short many a time with nothing to take. I always have my keys so this is perfect for my needs and i have put a few of each in the so i always have some tablets. This isn't too heavy and doesn't get in the way, it's very strong and sturdy. Its tight to do up and undo which i don't find a problem with. This come so well presented in a lovely box with it all buffered and padded to stop it banging around so it would make the perfect affordable gift. Love , love, love it

I ordered this to hold my multivitamins when I travel with work as I find that the daily pill holders are too big.This acorn-shaped pill holder is slightly larger than I expected it to be but actually it’s still more portable that the long plastic boxes that you can get. It comes with a spare keyring attachment and two spare silicon O rings which I found helpful (at least, I think they are spares!).The acorn itself is really heavy duty but not heavy in weight. I know that my capsules won’t get swished and there’s no way it will open by itself.I could get 10+ tablets and capsules inside with room to spare so it will definitely fit my needs for a few days away.

I love this little acorn! It is so cute but also so practical. It is very sturdy and well made, has a nice weight to it and feels solid. It was easy to unscrew the top and plenty of room to include a couple of days of what I need to carry with me, and is very secure once screwed back on. I really love this idea, instead of something lost in my bag, that I might not always grab to take with me, this with my keys I always have with me. Overall this is a great idea and I also just love how cute it looks on top of being practical.
