Cambie el cartucho imprimí unos cuantos planos y me marco error y cambio de cabezal el cartucho está con mucha tinta pues se siente pesado y no se han imprimido muchos planos el técnico comenta que muy seguido fallan y HP no responde ya que solo si compras en su página en teoría te dan garantía HP pude que el reclamo se haga al través de Amazon a pesar de venir con caja y todo de HP Que poca seriedad de la marca

商品の説明書きに記載の通り、パッケージ外箱は中身を確認した形跡があり破損していましたが、二重梱包の中身のパッケージは未開封状態でした。機械に取付けましたが、問題なく作動しエラー等は出ておりません。とても安価に入手できましたので、大変助かりました。
