Catkin Rouge Matte Lipstick, Waterproof Long Lasting Satin Moisturizing Smooth Soft 0.13 Ounce-Chinese Style (C.127)

This is a quality product. A metal case, magnetized to stay closed. Packed inside a box with shrink wrap. The container itself is beautiful. The carving is lovely, but like a mandala drawn in sand, we know it can't last as we use it. Which is part of its beauty. The lipstick itself is really creamy, rich, the color not as dark as it seems in its tube. It really is as beautifully hazy and delicate on the lips as it is in the pictures. Only extend it as far as you must in order to use it. It's soft enough to break. If you want to just look at it, roll out the lipstick, but don't put it on that way. (It seems that some have not done this, and complain that it breaks. Of course it does, if it's extended all the way.) At any rate, for the money by far the best value I've had in a lipstick in a long time. So sick of cheap plastic lipstick cases.

CR127 color is more orange than pink. Very dry, stick arrived broken at base. Might have received old stock, might give it another chance and try another colour. Love the design and magnetic case.

So glad I discovered this brand! The packaging is simply luxurious for the price, plus this is the longest lasting lip color I’ve ever found! It really does last, even after eating—color still there! Would make a lovely gift for a friend, too, die to the beautiful, magnetic casing!
