I like this butcher's twine because it doesn't get lost in the sea of junk in my kitchen drawer where I keep this kind of stuff. It's easy to find and a cheerful color. Other than that, it works as it should - it's strong string and will hold your chickens, roasts, etc together.

Much better than the string I can get locally! My next order will be a bigger roll as that is the only regret for the purchase. I truss a lot of roasts with a heavy pull and this string can take it without breaking. It does absorb a lot from what I am working with, but it's a natural material I do not have to worry about any artificial stuff in it.

Perfect. I use for wrapping to kids sandwiches with Kraft paper squares, for a cute cafe look

I was looking for a bit thicker twine, but this will work in the short term. I use this twine frequently in my baking, and it does work acceptably well, and looks pretty when I wrap baked goods.
