I recently purchased the outdoor Ice Bath Tub and it has been great for my post exercise recovery routine! The 8-leg design provides excellent stability, and the 5-layer construction keeps the cold water at the perfect temperature for longer. It's incredibly portable, making it easy to set up outdoors, and the included storage bag is a nice touch. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my muscle recovery after intense workouts. Highly recommend this tub to anyone.

I didn't use it for long before I purchased a hard shell ice bath, but plenty long enough to notice a few show falls.The lid keeps out dirt, but rain defeats it. A decent rain fall and the water collects on top, but doesn't actually fall in to the bath, but clearing the water is where the problem lays. If you try to take the lid off, all the dirty rain water gets dumped into your nice clean water, so you have to bail out the water then remove the lid and only get a bit of the rain water in.Because their is no filter system, you are forever having to change the water, which is time consuming and gets the water meter working like a fan.The included thermometer lasts five minutes before water ingress kills it.The storage bag is pointless as you either have it up or sell it.Th e blow up pillow is pointless, as the last thing you want to be doing when getting into freezing water is trying to place a pillow under your butt which only wants to float upwards.The pump is not the greatest.But the biggest downfall of these plunge pools is you can not get the water temperature down enough, I tried big blocks of ice, small blocks of ice, but no real success. So they may be cheap compared to an ice bath, but when you are wasting that money, it is not cheap.On the plus side, it is made of good quality material, the eight poles definitely make it more stable than a six version and at 6ft3 I had no issue of fitting into it.

I used this for muscle therapy and can feel the benifits of it. It maintains its water temperature for along time. It’s portable and comes with its own storage bag which is a bonus. Good quality and good size.5 star all around 👍

This item which remains unused came with a small defect on the inflatable edge which basically swallows up when inflated., I only noticed when assembled it which was well past the window to return it. Photos available

Everything made quality and all extras included. I am so pleased to feel the benefits of cold therapy at this price was good for the heart and the wallet which is also connected to the heart hehe.

Item doesn’t come with the thermometer as suggested

I have seen some of the other “Leading brands” which are at least double the price of this one. A friend of mine has a Lumi branded one……..well let me tell you this is JUST as good and is actually bigger!! I’m a big bloke 19 stones and a 54” chest, I easily submerged my shoulders in this one!! Great water thermometer and the lid is good too!! It may need a re-thread at some point with some paracord but hey!! It’s sturdy and really well made, a bargain at £54! Really pleased with it.
