Easy to work with not to flimsy

It is useful set of tension bands for home exercises.

I bought the short version, 4’9”. They were perfectly long enough. I’m 5, 2” although they would suit a taller person. The different strengths were really helpful for Pilates exercises. I would recommend these.

The different coloured bands clearly show the resistance strength which I like as some just say light heavy etc The grip is good and they fold up easily to take anywhere.
