After years of messing up the pumpkin cutting for my kids and grandkids, it was time to get a proper kit. And this is surely it.With all the cutting tools you could possibly want in it, all in an impressive zip-up case, with various stencils (from easy to hard) and five coloured, battery-operated tealights (which is a brilliant idea – so much safer for the children).A shame the book is too large for the case.Of course, I’ve not yet tried this on a pumpkin, as we’re almost three weeks away from Halloween… In the meantime, there’s no reason I couldn’t have a practice. It doesn’t always have to be a pumpkin. Why not a butternut squash, at any time of the year, when they’re in the shops? Now that might just surprise the kids to see that on the kitchen table, when they get home from school!I have to give this kit five stars and a recommendation.

For the current price of £14.99 you do actually get quite a lot, 10 tools for carving, but I would recommend that the kids be supervised as I now know why it had to be signed for, the tools are quite sharp.5 battery operated candles and a booklet of decals that can be stuck to the pumpkin for you to cut around, great idea.Quality is ok and should last if looked after.Yes, I would recommend.

Pretty much everything you need to show off your talents to the neighbourhood to score those extra brownie points at the next school PTA meeting, or board meeting, lol. My only observation, it's a shame the book doesn't also fit inside the pouch thus keeping everything together.5/5

I am really impressed with the size and what is included with this pumpkin carving set. You receive a lovely zipped case, multiple knives, scooping implements, a whole book of stencils, which you can use to create your masterpieces and also some battery operated tea lights (rather than using real candles).This is going to be perfect when it’s time to carve my pumpkin out.

Very good quality, pretty sharp. It does require a little bit of practice but it make a pumpkin are easier. Definitely will use it next year's.

I've kept telling myself that next year I won't be an idiot and I'll get proper pumpkin carving tools, after making a mess using normal knives and other non adapted kit.Well, I'm glad I saw this kit on Vine, as not only that pouch is full of stuff I kept thinking would be useful, but it comes with a nice little book of usable images for inspiration (and you can of course use them directly on a medium sizze pumpkin)I haven't tried it on a pumpkin, but used a couple of the tools at random on something with the same consistency and they cut well, and are precise.

The product is good quality and sturdy. Definitely made out of real metal.
